You will first need to create a personal account.
When you are finished creating your account, you will return to this page. Then click on the "Register for Permit" link below to begin registering.
We recommend using your ECC email address in the format username@ecc.edu
(Do not use username@students.ecc.edu)
Please be Prepared to Provide the Following Information:
- Student ID Number - Includes the leading zeros (7 digit number)
- Vehicle Information (Make, Model, Year, Color, License Plate Number & State)
- Registered Owner Information (Name, Phone Number, Address & Relationship to Driver)
