Please be Prepared to Provide the Following Information:
Vehicle Make, Model, Year and Color
Vehicle License Plate Number and State
Driver's License Number and State
Date of Birth and Southern/Boyce ID Number
First time users click the "Start Here" link below. This will take you to a new page where you will create your personal account. When you are finished creating your account, you will be returned to this page. Then click on "Register/Purchase Permits" to begin registering.

View, Pay and Appeal Citations
Please be advised that the following reasons will not be considered for an appeal:
- Unaware of parking lot restrictions (i.e., which color permits are allowed in which parking lots)
- Hadn't had time to purchase a permit
- Don't have funds to pay for the permit and/or citation
- Hadn't been issued a citation for parking in the lot previously
- Hadn't been advised to purchase a permit
