Parking Permits

We are excited to offer the convenience of buying your permit online!


 Please be Prepared to Provide the Following Information:

 



First Time Users please click the "Start Here" link below to create your personal account. Returning Customers click "Login" in the upper right hand of the web page.

IMPORTANT: When creating your account, you need to use the student's ACS computer login username for both the User Name and ID Number fields. Student's computer login usernames are of a format like msmith1234 and is the same info in the student's email address before the @ symbol. Do not enter the @ symbol or anything after it. It is also the student's INow username. Please use a personal email address (not your school email address) when creating your account.

When you are finished creating your account, you will use the link below to purchase a parking permit.


Register/Purchase Permits

This link will allow students to register for parking.

Access to purchasing parking permits will open for all students at 7:00 AM Monday, July 17. The online parking sales will close at 11:59 PM Sunday, July 30. Sales will reopen after the start of school, an email will be sent out with that reopening date.

Access will be closed for all students at 11:59 PM Sunday July 30th.

Obtaining Parking Permit

Students that purchase parking permits must complete this Parking Permit Form before receiving their parking permit.

This Google Form consists of uploading pictures or PDFs of your Driver's License, proof of auto insurance, and agreeing to the Alabaster City Schools: Student Parking Privileges Substance Abuse Consent/Release Form and Acknowledge Concerning Use Of Student Parking Lots.

Once parking permits have been purchased through Rydin, the Google Form completed, and previous years school fees are paid, permits can be picked up by students on Warrior Day, Friday, August 4, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the rotunda.

Photo I.D. must be provided to pick up a parking permit.

Permits will be held until outstanding balances from previous year(s) are paid.
