University of Dubuque Parking Permits
Welcome!
Vehicle registration for the 2022-2023 academic year will be available August 3rd.
You will receive an email when when this portal officially becomes available to you.
Please have the following information ready before you begin:
- Student ID or Employee ID Number
- Driver's License Number and State
- Vehicle Make, Model, Color and Year and VIN
- Registered Owner Information and Relationship to Driver
- License Plate Number and State
- Current Insurance information.
No Payment will be collected until the permit is processed (and picked up) through the Safety and Security Office. The price of the permit will be added to the Student's account at that time.
