When entering your Buff Gold Card Number do not include any letters or preceeding zeros.
Please be prepared to provide the following information:
Buff Gold Card number, Driver's License number, Vehicle Make, Vehicle Model, Vehicle Year and Color, License Plate number, Registered Owner Information and Relationship to Driver, and Credit Card.
Drivers with account obligations, such as unpaid citations, are not eligible to purchase a permit until your account is in good standing. This is one possible reason for any difficulties you may be having.
YOU MUST BE REGISTERED FOR CLASSES BEFORE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ORDER A PARKING PERMIT.
*Parking permits can be ordered with a temporary license plate number*
