Please Note: As of August 1, 2022, Bellevue College requires permits in all parking lots 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Fall 2022 student parking permits will be available for purchase beginning from September 8, 2022.

Pay/Appeal a Citation



To purchase a permit, you will need the following information:

  • CTCLink number
  • E-mail address
  • Mailing address
  • Vehicle Information (Make, Model, Color, License Plate Number)


Quarterly Student Fee Schedule Quarterly Everyday Permit	$65 Quarterly Everyday Discount Lot Permit	$40 Quarterly 2-Day Permit	$35 Quarterly Motorcycle Permit


*Motorcycle Permits are free with the purchase of a Quarterly Everyday Permit.


Employee Permit Type	Price per quarter WPEA Classified Employee Permit	$15 Exempt (Non-Faculty) & WFSE Classified Employee Permit	$65* Faculty Employee Parking Permit	$30

*Non-faculty Exempt and WFSE Classified Employees receive a $50 parking stipend applied during the second pay period of the quarter.


Visitor Daily Parking Rates and Pay Station Locations $2 for a daily pass, $10 for a weekly pass, pay stations located in lots 12, 16, 5th floor of the parking garage and the public safety office in room B132


*Visitor Passes may be used in any student lot, regardless of where they were purchased. Employees may take daily passes to the Parking Office to be authorized for Employee Lots.



Request a Refund



Parking permit refunds: In cases where a permit is no longer needed, employee or student permit holders may request a partial refund from public safety using the refund form on the public safety web page.
