If you have already created your user account, and are returning to update your information, simply use the Login link in the upper right.
When you are finished creating your account, you will return to this page. Then click on the "Register/Purchase Permit" link below to begin registering.
Please be prepared to provide the following information:
- 800 Number
- Vehicle Information (Make, Model, Year, Color, License Plate Number & State)
- Registered Owner Information (Name, Phone Number & Relationship to Driver)
** To ensure email messages are received, you MUST use your @cobleskil.edu email address on the Order Confirmation Email section at the bottom of the permit order page **
